Refund policy
Conditions: Free returns with a no-questions-asked policy.
Time Limit: The consignee must return the dress within 7 days of purchase.
Procedure:
- Send the dress back.
- Share the image of the delivery slip with the shipper at 0332-4129094.
- Provide complete account details for refund processing.
Refund: The company will refund the amount within 15–20 working days after receiving the returned parcel.
Deductions: A deduction of Rs. 4,500 will be applied for courier charges and taxes.
